About au99

Our Mission

au99 was founded with a single purpose: to give players in Bangladesh access to a world-class online betting and casino experience that fits their lives. From the cricket grounds of Dhaka to the coastal city of Cox's Bazar, we understand the passion Bangladeshi players bring to every match and every spin. Our platform was built from the ground up to serve this market — not as an afterthought, but as the primary focus of everything we do.

We are an internationally operated platform with deep roots in the Bangladesh market. Our team combines decades of experience in online gaming, fintech, and customer support to deliver a service that is reliable, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. We continuously invest in technology, security, and game selection to stay ahead so that our players always have the best possible experience at their fingertips.

Who We Serve

au99 is designed for adults aged 21 and above across Bangladesh — from major urban centres like Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and Khulna to smaller towns and rural communities. Whether you follow the Bangladesh Tigers in the BPL, track IPL results, or simply enjoy slots and fishing games after a long day, au99 has something for you. Our platform supports Bangla-speaking users through a bilingual interface and a customer support team that understands the local context.

We know that Bangladeshi players value speed, convenience, and trust above everything else. That is why au99 supports local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, with deposits and withdrawals processed quickly so your money is where it needs to be. No unnecessary delays, no complicated procedures — just a smooth, seamless experience from first deposit to first win.

What Makes au99 Different

Our Core Values

Everything we build at au99 is guided by a clear set of values that keep our players at the centre of every decision.

Why Bangladesh?

Bangladesh is one of the most passionate cricket markets in the world. The energy around BPL matches, T20 internationals, and the Bangladesh Tigers' performance in ICC tournaments is extraordinary. At au99, we saw an opportunity to serve these fans with a platform that matches their intensity — one that offers competitive live odds, in-play betting markets, and instant settlement in Bangladeshi Taka so players never have to deal with currency conversion friction.

Beyond cricket, Bangladesh has a rapidly growing appetite for online casino entertainment, fishing games, and slots. Millions of players across Dhaka, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Khulna are looking for a trustworthy platform with local payment support. au99 delivers exactly that — a complete gaming ecosystem built around the needs and habits of the Bangladeshi player, with special promotions tied to local events like Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and the BPL season.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At au99, we take responsible gaming seriously. We restrict access to players under 21 years of age, and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. We believe gambling should be a source of entertainment, never a cause of harm. Players who feel their gambling habits are becoming a problem are encouraged to reach out to our support team at any time.

We partner with responsible gaming advocacy resources and encourage any player who needs support to visit our Responsible Gaming page or contact us directly at [email protected]. For adults aged 21 and above, au99 is a fun, secure, and fair platform — and we work hard every day to keep it that way.
